Privacy

AI Zone 24 is a service provider to each business that uses it, not the owner of a caller's data. When you call a business that uses it, you are speaking to that business's line, the call belongs to that business's own records, and the agent says so in its opening words.

The fuller version of this policy, reviewed with counsel, is at aizone24.com/privacy and aizone24.com/ai-disclosure. Where the two differ, the version there is the current one.

Text messages, consent, and opting out

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, messaging consent, or any other personal information with anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

A caller is asked during the call whether they may be texted on the number they rang from. Nothing is sent unless they said yes: a call where the question was never reached counts as no, and is never treated as agreement. Messages are transactional — a booking confirmation, a change or cancellation, a reminder before the appointment, a waitlist opening, a deposit hold, or notice that a held slot has been released. Every one carries Reply STOP to opt out, and STOP is honoured immediately. Reply HELP for help — it is answered whether or not a message says so. Message and data rates may apply.

What is kept, and for how long

Call content — the transcript, the AI summary, and on some lines a recording — is deleted automatically after 90 days. Most lines store no audio at all; only where the calling platform behind a line requires keeping one is a recording made, and it is deleted on the same schedule.

Business records — the booking itself, or a message taken for the business — belong to the business and are kept as its own books. They are not deleted on a timer, because losing next week's work to a retention clock would be destroying the business's data to protect a caller's.

Artificial intelligence

The agent says plainly, at the start of every call and before asking for any personal details, that it is automated and that the call may be recorded. It answers only from information verified for that business, and is designed not to guess.

We do not use call recordings or transcripts to train AI models. Our language model provider does not train on data sent through its API. Our speech-recognition provider is configured to opt out of its model-training program for every call.

Reaching a person, and accessibility

A caller can ask for a person at any point. Depending on the business, that reaches a live transfer or a message taken for the team to call back — the agent will never promise a transfer it cannot make. Callers who are deaf or hard of hearing can reach us the same way as any other call, including through a 711 relay service.

Asking to be removed, corrected, or for a copy

Ask the business, or write to us at hello@aizone24.com, and we respond within 45 days. To erase a caller's personal details — name, number, what they said, and their transcripts — a booking keeps its date, time and other scheduling details so the business's own records still add up, and the name becomes [removed].

Who else sees it

The call is carried, transcribed and answered by named providers acting as processors on our instructions: Twilio (telephony), Deepgram (speech recognition), Anthropic (the language model), and ElevenLabs (speech synthesis). They handle the call in order to deliver it. None of them is given the data to sell or to market to you.
